Eucalyptus neglecta 'Omeo Gum' The Eucalyptus neglecta is known for being one of the most cold-hardy Eucalyptus trees in the United States. It grows to be about 15-20 feet tall, is drought-tolerant, and thrives in full sun or partial shade. It produces white blooms, and has large, round, blue-green leaves that can take on a rose to purple tinge after several frosts. It is low maintenance and requires no fertilizer.
